The proposed development, by reason of the proposed access circulation and facade design would result in a harmful loss of privacy to existing windows and terraces, detrimental to the amenities of the existing occupiers at third floor level of Avalon Close, contrary to Policy D6 of the London Plan 2021, Policies CP4 and CP30 of the Enfield Core Strategy and Policy DMD8 of the Enfield Development Management Document 2014.
