The proposed roof dormer extension to the west roofslope, due to its siting, scale and form, would represent an obtrusive, incongruous extension and overdevelopment of the roofscape of the property, out of keeping with the general pattern of development in the area and harmful to the character and appearance of the Acton Green Conservation Area. As such it is considered that the proposal fails to comply with the objectives of NPPF 2025 - section 12, policies D3, D4 and HC1 of The London Plan (2021), policies 7B and HC1 of the Ealing Development Management DPD (2013), Ealing's Housing Design Guidance 2022 and Ealing's Local Plan (Reg.22) policy DAA, Generic Conservation Management Plan and Acton Green Conservation Area Addendum
