Variation of condition 2 (plans) attached to permission 20/00108/FUL dated 22/02/21 (as amended by NMA application 22/01408/NMA) for the Demolition of existing two-storey dwelling and erection of a four/five storey (including excavation and lower ground level) building comprising of 9 residential flats, hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatment, land level alterations, undercroft and external car parking, private/communal/play space and internal refuse/cycle storage. The effect of the variation is to add a ventilation shaft to the roof of the building and a smoke shaft to the communal hallway on each floor.
