The appeal is made by Sterling Rose Developments Limited against the decision of the Council of the London Borough of Croydon. The application Ref 19/05640/FUL, dated 3 October 2019, was refused by notice dated 24 February 2020. The development proposed is conversion of flat 6 into two one bedroom one persons flats.
