Application under section 96a of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to planning permission ref. 21/00116/FULMAJ dated 29.09.2021 to amend condition 55 (approved plans) to allow for the following revisions to the development: (i) installation of sliding doors and alterations to spandrel panels at level 12; (ii) reconfiguration of the ground floor toilet arrangement; (iii) alteration of the ground floor fa�ade to enable access to a UKPN grille; amendment of the wording of condition 41 (delivery vehicles) to enable flexibility on delivery and collection vehicle access arrangements and insertion of a new condition relating to the servicing of the retail unit.
