William Tozer Associates are proposing the demolition of the conservatory to the rear elevation and to replace it with an extension covering the same floor area. We have also proposed a new outdoor staircase above the existing garden shed to allow access from the ground floor kitchen to the lower ground floor garden as well as a balcony allowing more light into the dining area. We will be renovating the interior to allow a more seamless connection throughout the house, although each room will remain as its current purpose. The kitchen will benefit from the extension to allow more space for the family.
