Conversion of part of the ground and first floors of the community centre to provide self-contained temporary residential accommodation for local homeless people to also include the insertion of window to the west and south elevations
The self-contained temporary residential units are not considered to provide an adequate standard of accommodation with regards to limited floorspace and poor quality structure for the ground floor flat and poor outlook, light and layout for the first floor unit. This is contrary to policy BH7 and DMP1 of the Brent Local Plan and London Plan policy D6.
Insufficient evidence have been provided on the level of support/care, management arrangements, the specific need and fire safety. This is contrary to policy BH7 of the Brent Local Plan and London Plan policy D12.
