The proposed alterations to the front elevation including the addition of a new entrance door would appear too prominent and not be in keeping with the streetscene and would detract from the of the property's appearance and its context. The development is therefore contrary to policies BD1 and DMP1 of Brent Local Plan 2019-2041 and Supplementary Planning Document 2.
The proposed development would result in the loss of existing family sized property, which would be converted into two, 2 bedrooms flats. This would be contrary to Policy DMP1 and BH11 of the Brent Local Plan 2019-2041.
