Appeal Decision Site visit made on 18 November 2025 by M Savage BSc (Hons) MCD MRTPI an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State Decision date: 16 April 2026 Appeal Ref: APP/T5150/X/25/3369144 Flats 1 to 6, 246A High Street, London NW10 4TD • The appeal is made under section 195 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) against a refusal to grant a certificate of lawful use or development (LDC). The appeal is made by Dr Satwinder Sahota against the decision of the Council of the London Borough of Brent. The application ref 24/3139, dated 30 September 2024, was refused by notice dated 15 January 2025. The application was made under section 191(1)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
