The appeal is made by Dr Satwinder Sahota against the decision of the Council of the London Borough of Brent. The application ref 24/3139, dated 30 September 2024, was refused by notice dated 15 January 2025. The application was made under section 191(1)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
