The appeal is made by Mrs Elisabeth Van Der Weit against an enforcement notice issued by the Council of the London Borough of Brent. • The notice was issued on 25 March 2024. • The breach of planning control as alleged in the notice is without planning permission, the material change of use of the former garage to a dwelling, and, without planning permission, the installation of new hardstanding and a new garage door to the front of the premises.
