The proposed first floor side extension, by reason of its size, siting, design and projection beyond the rear elevation of No.13 Dale Green Road, would appear as an unduly overbearing and visually obtrusive form of development when viewed from the rear habitable rooms and garden of that property, adversely affecting outlook and resulting in an unacceptable increase in the sense of enclosure and overshadowing, to the detriment of the residential amenity of neighbouring occupiers, contrary to Policies D3 and D6 of the London Plan (2021), Policy DM01 of the LB Barnet Development Management Policies DPD (2012), Policies CS1 and CS5 of the LB Barnet Core Strategy DPD (2012) and Residential Design Guidance Supplementary Planning Document (2016)
