The proposed side/rear dormer, by reason of its design, scaling and siting would result in the erection of an inappropriate form of development that would appear as an excessive, dominating, prominent feature to the host property together with the existing roof extensions which in turn would have a detrimental impact on the street scene and surrounding area, contrary to Policies CS1 and CS5 of the LB Barnet: Local Plan (Core Strategy) DPD (2021), Policy DM01 of the LB Barnet: Local Plan (Development Management Policies) DPD (2021) and the Residential Design Guidance SPD (2016)
