The proposed two storey side extension with flat roof and hip to gable loft conversion with a rear dormer window by reason of its design and sitting would result in an unsympathetic, unbalancing and uncharacteristic addition to the dwellinghouse. The proposed two storey side extension with flat roof and hip to gable loft conversion with a rear dormer window would result in the harmful erosion of the character and appearance of the host property on this corner location and the wider terrace.
